All items sold through our online shop are for final sale, as we allow no returns or exchanges. If a mistake was made on our behalf we will be more than happy to fix it, within a timely manner once notified. If you believe an error was made on your recent order, please contact us.

All orders take 3-5 business days to process, if your purchase item is in stock. Business days include Monday through Friday. If an item is marked PRE-ORDER, please read the product description as shipping time will vary on the production time. In any case the shipping process is prolonged for any reason you will be notified by email. ​Any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, product production time, and additional days for delivery from UPS & USPS. Delivery dates vary depending on your choice of delivery type at checkout, and any delays UPS & USPS may be experiencing outside our control.

Products may arrive damaged by the shipping process beyond our offices. Such as mistreatment from UPS or USPS delivery. The DIOS Team packages all items carefully. If for any reason your purchase is damaged please contact us to report a damaged shipment so we can arrange a replacement order.

Yes, simply select your Country destination at checkout, our site offers a variety of shipping locations. If your location is missing or unavailable, please contact us.

The DIOS site accepts PayPal & ApplePay as a checkout option.
